Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at doncic.ana@gmail.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Custom and Personalized Orders

Because most of our decals are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized items.

If you are unsure about size, color, or design, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Due to the nature of adhesive vinyl products, we cannot accept returns for items that have already been applied to a wall or surface.
